Sales & Return Policy

ALL SALES FINAL

We stand by the quality workmanship of our handmade, one-off garments and will always strive to make sure ever customer is thrilled with their purchase. However, as our work is one-of-a-kind sales are final, and we will not accept returns or exchanges.

Shipping Policy

All shipping is done through Canada Post, you will receive an email with tracking information once your product has been sent out. Product ships within 1-2 business days of ordering and all product will require a signature for release to ensure you receive your package.

Shipping can take anywhere from a couple of days to two weeks in Canada and the US depending on province or state. International shipping can arrive in less than a week but could take up to four weeks depending on location.

Shipping costs are listed for each product and will vary depending on the size and weight of the garments.
